Welcome to our New Hampshire Vacation Condo at Loon Mountain
Our Loon Mountain Condo is located in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest, on the banks of the east branch pemigewassett river. We are located 1 mile east of Exit 32, off of Interstate 93, at the base of the new "South Peak" resort at Loon Mountain. We are only 2 Hours north of Boston, and 5 hours from NYC. From our balcony, we offer fabulous views of the mountains, and the river. We are located on the 3rd floor, and the building has elevator service as well as luggage carts available for your convienience. We are a no smoking and no pets condo. We do have air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. We offer wireless internet access in the lobbies on each floor of the building, as well as the "great room". We are within walking distance of the village of Lincoln, with shopping, restaurants, and local area attractions. During the winter, we offer free daily shuttle service to Loon Mountain from our front lobby. Relax in our new indoor pool and "great room" facility.
The Condo has 2 seperate rooms each with its own bathroom, TV, and VCR/DVD Player. The condo comes complete with all bed linens, towels, and hairdryers in each bathroom.

| Studio Side of Unit |

The Studio side of the Condo ("B" side) consists of a full kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower stall. The Living Room has a Sofa, Recliner, sitting chairs, dining table, closet, 27" Cable TV, DVD/VCR Player, and an extremely comfortable pull down Queen sized murphy bed. The kitchen comes complete with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes.
There are books and games for your enjoyment. There are sliding doors to the balcony, where you can enjoy the magnificent views and fresh mountain air. The Studio side of the condo sleeps 2 people.

The Bedroom side of the condo ("A" Side) has 1 Queen Bed and 1 Full Bed, 27" TV, DVD/VCR Player, Closet, Full Bath, Refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer. There are beautiful mountain views from our window. The bedroom side of the condo sleeps 4 people. After a day of skiing or hiking, relax in our jacuzzi tub for 2.

Each section has a seperate entrance door from the interier hallway. The door between the sections can be closed for more privacy. Total sleeping accomodations for the condo is 6 people.
No smoking and no pets allowed in our unit.

About the Owners, Ron & Iris
We are from New York, and have been coming up to the White Mountains of New Hampshire for many years. Ron has been coming here since 1971, and Iris since 1986. We want you to enjoy what we like to call our "Favorite Place". We have been all around the White Mountains and it would be our pleasure to share this special place with you.

Directions : Interstate 93 North to exit 32, which is Rt 112, Lincoln. After exit, make left turn onto RT 112 East. Go 1 mile, and make a right turn at Rivergreen Resort Hotel sign. Go down this road to the hotel entrance on the right.
